Bookings are confirmed after a deposit is made, with the remaining balance to be paid before the trip begins. All trekkers are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and evacuation. While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, changes may occur due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, and our guides will make decisions in the best interest of the group.

Trekking in mountainous regions involves natural risks, and clients are expected to follow guide instructions and take personal responsibility for their health and safety. Cancellations must be made in advance, and refunds are subject to our cancellation terms. We also encourage responsible travel by respecting local culture and protecting the environment throughout the journey.
